If you are strong, everything else will be easier for you. And strong people are harder to kill. - Want to look better and feel better? Become strong. - Do you want a lower risk for injury? Become strong. - Want to move faster or jump higher? Become strong. - Do you want to live longer? Become strong. STRENGTH IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PHYSICAL ADAPTATION THAT WE HAVE COMPLETE CONTROL OVER. A stronger heart improves our endurance, stronger muscles improve our ability to move our body and objects and doing strength training significantly increases our lifespan. Other abilities such as jumping or speed can be improved by a maximum of only 15-20% during sports careers. On the other hand, strength, can easily be increased by up to several hundred percents. By focusing on exercises such as squats, deadlift, pull-ups, barbell presses, etc., we are able to continually increase our strength over many years. This means that by practicing strength we can drastically improve our injury resistance, health, fitness and lifespan.
