&samhoud places &samhoud places opened its doors in August 2012. &samhoud places is an international gastronomic journey where people are inspired and connected by extraordinary food and excellent service. Enter the inspiring world of chef Moshik and taste a globally inspired combination of ingredients while you enjoy the view of the city of Amsterdam.
&samhoud places consists of &samhoud places restaurant and &samhoud places streetfood. At our two michelin star restaurant our guests experience gastronomy at the highest level possible. &samhoud places streetfood serves streetfood from markets and streets of all corners of the globe: traditional recipes with the unique twist of Moshik Roth.

Be inspired by Joan Miró’s painting ‘Dancers’. Moshik feels connected to Joan Miro’s minimalistic use of colours. To create a painting he uses layers of the same colours. Moshik did the same thing with his dish Anjou Pigeon, he used layers of flavours to create his dish.
