Mijn visie welke ik heb opgedaan tijdens mijn opleiding en ervaring heeft mij laten zien dat achter elk atletisch en aantrekkelijk figuur zit de juiste combinatie aan vetverbranding, cardio, krachtoefeningen, rust en gezond eten. Laat mij jou wezen hoe! I know my body and especially know how and where I want to improve it.

I will be targeting specific muscles by combining numerous cardio and strength techniques to direct and control the muscles I activate.
I have to be aware and feel every move I make.  Connection with my body is first and imperative. There is no need to rush your start process because when you have connected to your body the results wil come way quicker then any long term reputation of moves or exercises.
Tighten the skin, grow the right muscles and burn fat.  Burning fat and targeting muscle will reconnect the skin tissue to the activated muscle.

I will also be using athletic training formation to improve my body speed and agility.

My Body….
I personally don’t like over-toned arms but I will work my upper body for some nice curvy lines to say bye bye to my jiggle wave.

La Gitara, Hour Glass or Coca~Cola Bottle.
I’m going to intensively tone the upper abdominal area and burn the fat above my hip bones (v-lines) to create a curvy shape. If I over tine my abs, I’m at risk of getting a straight lined sixpack which is not what I want.

Medium toning of my underbelly, except for v-lines, major fat burning and low sugar will keep my old school flat lady pudge.

“Booty Building” A directed form of body building techniques for my lowers body to grow muscle.

Due to the fact that I have size D breasts, I choose to build a matching backside to equal out the my proportions. I had a ballerina butt for years and have loved it but I want to sculpt my body to my taste for future pictures and videos.

With ass come the legs, can’t leave this out!
Building muscles by the thigh and calve area will ensure that I don’t look like I had a butt implant.

Food is important, the amount, type and balance with a realistic lifestyle is also important.
In my case I will eat large amounts of food and good fats to grow my lower body muscle. The fats keep my skin’s natural jiggle.
This is totally fine because I will burn that same by my upper body to make sure it doesn’t stick by my belly or arms.  

This is my recipe for the body I want! Everyone has a different body and different body desires so think really well about what you want for your body. Do research and be realistic.
