2016年4月22日 第３回『改善成果発表会』を八王子エルシィさんの会場にて開催いたしました。 今回はコスモ計器の全社員が参加し日々の業務改善活動の成果を発表しました。 発表会終了後には4月入社の新人紹介やゲームをしながらの懇親会を行い営業所員や製造部門など普段交流の少ない部署間でも交流を深めることができました。 これからも社員一丸となり、お客様により貢献できるよう努力してまいります。

今回の社員紹介は、新規開発センターの峯村奏帆です。 こんにちは。 私は主に弊社のコスモスーパーゲルを使ったスポーツ関連の仕事をしています。その他にHPやFacebook更新の担当もしているのでこれからもたまにFacebookに登場するかもしれません。 体育学科出身で、学生のころはサッカー部でマネージャーをしていました。 スポーツが好きで、特にサッカーが好きなので休みの日は観に行ったり、フットサルをしたりしています。今の目標は何かしらの形で東京オリンピックに関わることです！ 抹茶も大好きなので、美味しい抹茶製品があったら教えてください(^^) 学生のころバイト先ではガチャピンに似ていると言われていました。たれ目なところ、似ていますか？ 今回の社員紹介はいつもと違って動画にしてみました。Facebook担当として体を張った動画をぜひご覧ください。よかったら、ページに「いいね！」お願いします♡ This time we would like to introduce Kanaho Minemura of New Product Development Center. Hello, everyone. I have been working for the promotion of Cosmo Super Gel in sports-related fields. I am also in charge of updating Cosmo’s website and Facebook so, you may see me again every once in a while in the Facebook. In college, I majored in Physical Education and was a manager for the soccer team. I love sports especially soccer. I enjoy going to see soccer games and play futsal on my days off. My goal now is to get involved in the Tokyo Olympics in some way! I like green tea, "Matcha" , very much. Let me know if you know any good Matcha-flavored food. (^^) When I was in college, I worked part-time and my co-workers used to tell me I looked like GACHAPIN, a popular Japanese TV character (dinosaur) who appeared in a children's program. Cosmo Instruments India Pvt. Ltd. organized a plantation ceremony at Government Polytechnic Manesar to motivate students by providing green and pollution free environment. Tree plantation has a deep symbolic meaning with students. A small tree today, grows up and helps providing green and clean environment. similarly students are also supposed to contribute their society after successfully completing their study. We wish all the students of G. P. Manesar for their success happy working life! コスモインディアは、地元の専門学校Government Polytechnic Manesarで植林セレモニーを開催させて頂きました。 インドに緑と汚染のない環境を提供することによって、学生のモチベーションを高めようという取り組みです。 植樹には、小さな木が大きく育ち緑と清浄な環境をもたらす期待が込められています。これは学生が勉学に励み研究に勤しみインドの社会の発展に貢献するという意味も込められています。 コスモインディアはGovernment Polytechnic Manesarの全ての学生が成功し幸せな職業生活を送ることができることを願っています。

Which month of what year did you join Cosmo (local agency of Cosmo)? A. Nov 2005 Q. Which area and what kind of work do you do? A. I have mainly worked in the automotive industry and now moving into the biotechnology and other manufacturing industries. I supply Cosmo Leak test instruments to customers, provide engineering consulting and provide complete testing systems. Q. What kind of struggles have you ever had at work? A. I have seen the Australian automotive industry shrinking and it will be shutdown in 2017, hence the move into other industries. Q. When do you feel a sense of satisfaction or rewarding while working? A. When my customers have a difficult technical problem and I manage to solve it for them. Q. What are your goals now regarding the job? A. To become established in the Australian bio tech Industries Q. What image do you have or how do you feel about Cosmo Instruments in Japan? A. They introduced Cosmo’s excellent after-sales-service as well as approaches and efforts in Cosmo’s business overseas. The first staff we will introduce for 2016 is Ramkumar Basnet who has been playing an active role in supporting business of our subsidiary in India as a staff of Overseas Dept. Q. Which month of what year did you join Cosmo (local agency of Cosmo)? A. I joined Cosmo in November 2004. Q. Which area and what kind of work do you do? A. Since the first time I joined the Overseas Dept. of Cosmo, I’ve been working as a member of a team to support our business in India. I participated in projects to establish a liaison office in Gurgaon in 2007, local subsidiary in 2009, R&D center in Banglore in 2011, Pune-Chakan Office in 2014 and Chennai Office in 2015. Q. What kind of problems have you ever faced at work? A. In 2005, I had to go here and there all over India to get first-hand opinions of our customers in India. It was very tough to travel rushing around vast India in a short period of time. It took me quite a while to understand the differences in food culture, language and attitude toward their work. Q. What kind of moment do you feel a sense of satisfaction or rewarding? A. I feel most rewarding when the customer gives comforting and encouraging words such as “Thank you for coming all the way for us. We would love to have you back.” after a project is done Q. What are your current goals regarding the job? A. My current goal in my job is to make CIP (Cosmo Instruments India) the top company of India in the leak test industry. Q. What image do you have or how do you feel about Cosmo Instruments in Japan? A. I feel Cosmo puts its customers before anything and values its employees and their families. Q. How old are you? A. I am 37. Q. How many members are in your family? A. Three. Me, my wife and my son. Q. What do you do in your free time? A. I enjoy reading the most. Q. Do you have any challenge that you personally have now? A.
