🛌 Bedtime Tip 🛌 It always apparent in clinic, which side a client sleeps on because as the picture below clearly demonstrates, our face is creased against the pillow! I may sound mad but every night, I smooth my face back toward my ear before I lay on pillow to avoid these lines as much as possible.... give it a go tonight 😉
