One of the best parts of this job (apart from working with Brian, of course) is the reaction of customers when they pick up their vans. It was particularly fun in the case of this campervan because the owner (a really lovely lady) had not previously seen either the van or the interior when she came to collect it. From Germany to Wexford VW to Happy Campers, this van was transformed with the Weekender Package. As for the owner, she said she just wished she’d done it sooner.

Swim or Surf: The sun may be hiding from us today but it was a beautiful sunny day when the owners of this van picked up their beach inspired camper. The blue and white colour scheme gives this interior a really bright and summery feel. We know the camper has been to France and back since it left here. We hope this family has lots of lovely trips in their VW Campervan and many happy years of swimming and surfing. 😎🌞

August is here already - the summer is flying by and we have been very busy here ‘building dreams’ for all our wonderful customers. Anyway, we are definitely well overdue for a Facebook catch-up, so apologies if I bombard you with campervan photos over the next few days (not sorry really 😉). And, wonder of wonders, I actually managed to get Brian in a photo with me – a rare thing 😁

This camper makeover was a little while in the making. The first time it came to our workshop was nearly years 2 years ago, when the pair of VW enthusiasts who own this beauty told us their dream was to turn it into a campervan. So, it just goes to show that you should never give up on your dreams because 2 years later it has come back and, even though we say so ourselves, we think it is now rather stunning. This is a sample of our Weekender package (with a couple of upgrades), which retains the original roof height and has everything you need to just jump in and go. We have a feeling we’ll be seeing more of this van at the VW meets 😊 Have a great weekend everyone!

I can hardly believe it’s June already. Time flies when you are having fun (or building VW campervans) 😊 As work is keeping us so busy, we are a little behind posting pics of some of our conversions this year. A couple of months ago we had the pleasure of completing this camper build for Deuglan and Siobhan, who wanted a camper so they could hit the road for some quality family trips together. It has one of my favourite colour combinations – classic black and white. The gloss finish on the timberwork adds a touch of class and the black sparkle worktop and table just give it that something extra. We hope that they have many years of fun and laughter in their camper. Happy Campers
