I use a vega test machine which tests through the acupuncture lines of the palm of your hand, a pain free and very accurate allergy test. It takes approx. 40 minutes to do the test which can pin-point certain allergies, food intolerances, sinus problems, IBS symptoms, hormonal imbalances and much more.
