If you register before the 28th February, you don't have to pay the registration fee of €10.00. A huge thank you to Máire Garvey​ who is the founder of this amazing fundraising initiative for cancer charities in Ireland. Fathers. Aunts. Husbands. Daughters. Best friends. Cancer doesn’t discriminate. Dip in the Nip raises vital funds for cancer charities across Ireland, Hand in Hand is the chosen charity in Galway. We do it by getting hundreds of people together on a beach, doing some Zumba to warm up with the fabulous ZumbaWithAlex​, shedding our clothes/dressing gowns – and legging it into the North Atlantic. It’s the world’s first skinny dip for charity. It’s more than getting naked, getting cold and getting wet. In the ocean, everyone is equal. Proud bellies, mastectomy scars, cellulite, we’re all there. Skinny-dipping is the ultimate in life-affirmation, so the Dip in the Nip lets us celebrate life in all its beauty. Dip for yourself, for loved ones, or for those you’ve lost. Whatever your reason, join thousands of others who have peeled off – and take part in the next Dip in the Nip and raise vital funds for Hand in Hand.
