Hi All For the coming month of May which starts this week. We will be running a fantastic giveaway at bootcamp. Bring A FRIEND FOR FREE. This will mean that if anyone who is an existing member of bootcamp or who has been before brings someone with them who hasn't been there that person will get the month of classes for free. Basically 30 euros will cover 2 people for bootcamp for the WHOLE MONTH. This is INCREDIBLE VALUE FOR MONEY. I hope you will all spread the word. Class tonight at 7pm in Tullow RFC. I’d just like to congratulate Susan Connolly on winning our biggest loser competition she worked very hard and her results were excellent. It was a close race as about 5 people were in with a chance of winning right up until the end and I would like to say well done to all as everyone who started it was a winner as they were all lighter by the end of the competition. Only 2 weeks left until our final weigh ins and the competition is very close. Some great weigh ins so far and more to come. There are still plenty in with a shout of winning so do t miss out and come along to class tonight at 7pm.

Hi everyone. Happy New Year. We will again be running our biggest loser challenge at bootcamp for January and February. The rules are whoever loses the highest percentage of their weight will win the rest of 2019’s classes free of charge. Nobody has a competition like this. If you are interested or want more details about the competition or class times please feel free to contact me. Our first class of 2019 is tonight so they earlier you weigh in the longer you have to get losing. See you all tonight at 7pm in tullow rugby cub.
