The Tullamore Community & Family Resource Centre wish to invite expressions of interest in an Assertiveness Course. This five week course aims to help individuals to be assertive. Being assertive means being able to stand up for your own or other people’s rights in a calm and positive way without being either aggressive, or passively accepting ‘wrong’. If interested in participating in this course please contact the Centre on 057-9320598. To secure a place on the course a fee of €5 is required. The course will run subject to interest. The course commencement date is yet to be decided but will run on Thursday mornings from 10-12pm
