We are fully EU/CPSIA and CPSA compliant which means we have tested and continue to test all our products thoroughly for safety and they pass in all grades. We also follow the current recommendations from the European Baby Carrier Standard Alliance (EN13209) with regards appropriate reach strap length.

Our LATE FEB/MARCH custom orders are now OPEN! Firstly we ask for your patience make sure you have read and agreed to this info: https://goo.gl/VEDZKx before sending us a PM with your request. We will deal with all requests as soon as we can and in order of arrival to our inbox. There is one very busy person who is answering all of the correspondence, so we ask for no repeat messages. We cannot guarantee any place on the sew list until the invoice that we send you has been paid in full. Invoices must be settled immediately upon receipt or as you would expect, your sewing spot will be forwarded on to another customer. We hope you understand we can make no exceptions here. We do not give exact sew start dates as there can be slight unexpected delays within orders, or orders can run ahead of schedule but once your invoice is settled you are fully confirmed on the list. Some Important Notes: *IMPORTANT: We are reorganising work delegation behind the scenes atm, so please do note: These customs will be taken based on complexity and work timeframe allowed. *We do not accept blank order requests (ie 'slot please' ..with no details, make sure to describe your order in its entirety or we cannot accept it) *If you are sending fabric to us, it must be ready to ship immediately or we cannot accept the order.
