Although we have only had the Skylark Electric attic stairs installed since last Saturday we are very pleased with them and I am sure they will give us the safe and continued access to our roof space which we require as age continues to creep up on us. My mother died 52 years ago when she fell off a small unstable wooden A frame ladder when she was getting a suitcase down from our attic.She was 49. I am therefore very aware of how important it is to have a strong stable set of stairs. I would also like to commend your installer and his colleague who carried out the installation yesterday. They had already surveyed the existing attic ladder and took great pains and time to ensure that firstly installing your ladder would be possible ,but also that he would come with everything needed to ensure a problem free installation. They arrived on time, were courteous and ensured that dust sheets were laid throughout the house before any work was started and when the installation was completed left everything spotless. Their workmanship was first class and I do not believe could have been better.Perhaps you could thank them on our behalf. I wish your company every success. Duncan K S Caldwell
