Description
Cooking up imaginative designs in cakes, baby frames and stationary, this is my page to share all the things I love creating! 3 small children and a love of baking, arts and crafts has lead to the setting up of this page! I make personalised baby frames, cards, wedding invites and other stationary.
Based in Tramore, County Waterford - I love baking and experimenting with food and I love decorating cakes and turning a basic sponge into something that will make someone very happy!
I took the PME Masters course - initially I started with the Sugarpaste module as I wanted to be able to make cool birthday cakes for all my children over the years! I enjoyed it so much, that a year later I decided to take the sugar flowers module and the royal icing one. Now with all 3 courses complete, I am ready to tackle anything!!
I bake using the best ingredients - I only EVER use free range eggs. I think you can taste the difference with using proper ingredients. I love experimenting with my flavours, and complex cakes and biscuits (macarons are my new favourite!)
