Swirl flap removal on a 2008 520d the other day. Flaps had broken off and were about to fall inside in the engine and almost leading to huge problems and bills. This is a common problem on newer BMW, Audi etc. We can remove the swirl flaps out of the manifold, which we then modify to have the swirl flaps safely deleted. This combined with a remap on the ECU then fully disables the Swirl Flaps and you can continue to drive safely.
