Paddy with a Granddaughter of his champion mare Golden Sunset who he won the very first breeders championship in the RDS HorseShow and then won it again with the same mare two years later. This lady is by Harlequin Du Carel and behind her is her Ars Vivendi filly foal. It isn't a great picture to show off her fantastic filly but I thought I'd snap it because it really shows Paddy in his element and what he is happiest doing. He has a bond with his horses that few actually have the chance in their lives to experience. He really is a true horseman and with 90 years of experience under his belt I think he's a pretty qualified mentor.
