Member Notice - Opening Hours. Please note that due to the weather warnings, our Thurles Office will open from 10am to 2pm tomorrow Thursday 1st March. Our Urlingford office will open from 10am to 1.30pm. Our Killenaule office will remain closed. A decision on Friday opening hours will be taken tomorrow and communicated accordingly to members. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank our members for their understanding.
Special General Meeting (SGM) Thurles Credit Union will hold a Special General Meeting (SGM) for members in the Premier Hall, Rossa Street, Thurles on Monday 5th March 2018 at 7.30pm. The Board of Directors will ask our members to approve the transfer of engagements of Nenagh Credit Union Limited to Thurles Credit Union Limited.
Credit Union Quiz Scoil Angela Ursuline Primary and St Michael's National School Holycross recently won the U11 and U13 categories of the Thurles Credit Union Schools Quiz. Both teams will now represent Thurles Credit Union at the Chapter Level quiz in the Templemore Arms Hotel on Friday 2nd March. We wish both teams every success in their bids to qualify for the National Final in April.

€10,000 Members’ Cash Draw Prize Winner. Congratulations to Mary McCarthy who won €10,000 in our February Members Cash Draw. Mary is pictured accepting her prize from Michelle McCormack (TCU).
Members’ Cash Draw Winner February 2018 Thurles Credit Union held our monthly Members’ Cash Draw today Saturday 3rd February 2018. The lucky winner of €10,000 was: Mary McCarthy, Derrynaflan Road, Littleton. The draw is computer generated and observed by a peace commissioner. The next draw takes place in early March. If you are a member of Thurles Credit Union and not entered into the draw but would like to be, then you need to complete an application form to do so. For members who have no loan, payment is by deduction from your savings account once your application has been accepted. However, members with loans must increase their savings by the entry fee of €40, to be eligible. Application forms are available at the office in Parnell Street or in the sub-offices in Urlingford or Killenaule, along with the rules of the draw.
