Details of the Sligo Rovers Under 17s trials have been announced and are as follows: Sligo Rovers National League Under 17 Open Trials All players must be born in the period between Jan 1 2000 and March 31, 2002 in order to be eligible. The three trial details are as follows: - Tuesday Jan 3 from 6-7.30pm. All players should report to the Showgrounds no later than 5.45pm with full training gear, boots for astro turf and water. -Thursday Jan 5 from 6-7.30pm. All players should report to the Showgrounds no later than 5.45pm with full training gear, boots for astro turf and water. -Saturday Jan 7 from 11am-12.30pm. All players should report to the Showgrounds no later than 10.45am with full training gear, boots for astro turf and water.

west sligo run 2016 is on again this year this is our fourth year and is growing year on year, its ran on st stephans day and registration fee this year willbe €15 walkers will start at 11 and all runners will start 11.30 there will be medals for top 3 male and female in both 5 and 10 k, also there will be a free t shirt for runners and walkers that register receive a number and pay fee of €15 (t-shirt are limited )also there will be tea and refreshments in community centre please come and support reg on runireland.com we are also looking for stewarts on the day if you can help out for a hour please message me tks please like and share post
