What an amazing venue for the KitchenTime launch yesterday at Institute of Technology Tallaght. Thanks to Angela Feeney and her hospitality crew both in back and front of house. Thanks to Mayor of South Dublin County Cllr. Guss O'Connell who formally launched the initiative which is a commercial kitchen rental service where food producers can rent out on an hourly basis to prepare, process and package food for the market place.
