Eccles Bakes bakes traditional breads and cakes for Artisan Markets using, as far as possible, local Irish ingredients. Eccles Bakery's products are available on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month between 11am and 1pm at Cliffoney Country Market, Cliffoney, North Sligo.

Visitors raided the freezer and finished the last Garlic base and Feta cheese bake today...and then wanted to know when the freezer would be restocked! Golly to goodness...Goldilocks had nothing on you guys! Luckily there was also Watermelon Pizza so no one went hungry!

So... I've a theory that more people would eat savoury pies and pasties if really, REALLY tasty ones were available. At the moment we're looking at vegetable recipes, as meat storage presents a whole different, difficult scenario and Health and Something -or-other problems (apparently). Have any of you opinions on this? Ideas? Recipes to suggest? Am I on a moonbeam to nonsense here? INPUT PLEASE?!
