Ward Automation is an Irish-owned developer of innovative automated equipment for the manufacture of medical devices, pharmaceuticals and other products. Ward automation is a world class developer and manufacturer of automated machines and special purpose equipment for the medical device, pharmaceutical and other manufacturing industries. It’s highly skilled work force delivers projects from concept design through to final commissioning and validation.
Ward Automation has produced many bespoke machines; rotary indexing, in line transfer systems, walking beam, pallet systems and robot cells. These include: Bag and bottle filling machines, needle assembly, medical tube coiling and assembly, catheter assembly. Various processes have been integrated including, robotics, vision systems, printing, RF and induction welding, lasers etc.
