Research has linked meditation to reduced negative inflammatory activity, increased positive antiviral response, improved function of specific strains of immune cells, and higher antibody production."

I know I always feel better if I pull myself out of the little bubble of screens and pings and into the fresh air or onto a yoga mat (or better yet, combine the two). This clip on Nat Geo describes how research by psychologists and neurologists is backing this up. Expect to unwind and bring a mindful quality to your practice as we warm up and strengthen with some vinyasa flow and cool down with some longer, meditative holds to increase range of motion before finishing with deep relaxation in savasana.
