Family gym session 🖒 legs day today - first in a week! 5 mins incline treadmill walk 11% warm up, followed by 50kg leg press 4 x 8 superset with 4kg each hand kettlebell backwards lunges. Leg extension 4 x 10, tried lying leg curls but they were not for me 😂 then some glute kickbacks on the hip machine, 12kg kettlebell crab walk squats x 10 x 3 and 8kg kettlebell glute bridges and a cheeky ab set x 2 to finish off. With of course some stretches... now for some banana protein! 😄🍌
