The LighterLife way is about life-changing weight loss, on average a stone a month and is based on mind, body and support. Once upon a time, a small group of women met in a research group and discovered they had something in common. They'd all spent their lives struggling with their weight. Existing weight-loss programmes just weren't giving the answers.So, being can-do kind of people, they decided to do something about it. Something that worked with the mind as well as the body. Something that gave real results. In short, a real change. That something became LighterLife. That was 20 years ago and owner/counsellor Katrina Tansley, is proud to announce the availability of the LighterLife Way from her practice in Mullingar, Co Westmeath.
