Vivianne, as an accredited therapist with IACP, offers adult counselling & psychotherapy and facilitates personal development workshops. I am a qualified therapist and an accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). I offer an integrative approach to counselling and psychotherapy in Castlebar, as well as running personal development workshops throughout Ireland.
My skills and approaches include Person-Centred Approach, Gestalt, Cognitive Behavioural Techniques, Loss and Bereavement Counselling, Psychodynamic Perspectives, Psychosynthesis and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy skills. I also have a great interest in Art Therapy and have attended workshops in this field.
