Description
North Cork Radio Group represents the interests of radio enthusiasts in the North Cork region, our aim is to generate an interest in amateur radio awareness The group is affiliated to the Irish Radio Transmitters Society, The national society for Ireland of the International Amateur Radio Union (IARU).
One of our aims is to generate an interest in portable radio activities.
As a group we aim to provide activations of historical sites and promote tourism within our county whilst generating Amateur radio awareness.
Membership of NCRG is open to all with a genuine interest in the groups goals and a current amateur license is not required. further details are available on our home page at www.ei1nc.com
North Cork Radio Group is a non profit organisation and serves to promote and encourage amateur radio in Cork.
