Mallow Taekwondo first class is for children aged 3-6 where they will learn the fundamentals of taekwondo in a fun and social environment. The second class is for children over 6 years and includes beginners and advanced students. Taekwondo for all levels

Students from Mallow ITF TKD wishing to enter the SCION Open Championships at the end of the month, need to let Miss Flanagan know and supply date of birth; events entered; height in cms and weight in kgs. This event is just around the corner and you need to be registered before the closing date 20th January 2018.
1st Competition of 2018. SCION Open International Championships 2018. Always proven to be a huge success. Always having quality medals and 2018's medals look set to be well received by all. The date is getting close, so do not forget that it is pre - registration event. Looking forward to it.....See you all there
