Hey guys we’re are gonna take the advice and remain closed today. Winds are getting stronger and roads are icy. Stay in doors and stay safe.
No 6am 6.30 am class tomorrow. Roads are already starting to freeze. Unlikely that we’ll have any classes tomorrow if the warnings are correct.
No Yoga tonite but mixed conditioning is on at 7.15 and of course it’s leg day so weights are on at 8 pm.
In the interest of safety we decided to cancel the Teen fitness class today. Stay safe peeps
