Maximum Results is Run by Max Lauth. Max is an experienced FETAC & ACE certified personal trainer; level 2 Kevin Kearns certified MMA Strength & Conditioning coach; level 1 Olympic Weightlfiting coach, ACE Orthopaedic Exercise Specialist and a 1st Dan Kukkiwon Black Belt in WTF Taekwondo & passionate drug free powerlifter.
Maximum Results specialises in women's & men's strength & hypertrophy training for competition & aesthetics.
