Longford Sports Centre. Is a state of the art facility in county Longford Longford Sports & Leisure Centre is located in Longford town. Our facility includes a 25m Swimming Pool, a Learner Pool, Sauna & Steam Room, Gym, Weights Room, Sports Hall, Astro Turf and Mugga facility. We offer Swimming Lessons for children and adults, Parent & Toddler pool time as well as a range of Fitness classes including Spin, Aqua Aerobics, Pilates, Early Bird Fitness, Circuit Training, Deep Water Aqua Fitness, Boxfit, Adomination and Yoga. The centre is located in a scenic parkland with ample car parking and a walking/running trail around the centre. We offer Memberships at a competitive rate as well as a Pay As You Go option for both Pool and Gym. Our Sports Hall, Astro Turf and Mugga can be booked at an hourly rate Monday - Sunday.

In the interest of fairness only one taster session per person. Classes strictly limited to 8 people. Taster classes are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday @ 7.15pm and Saturday at 12pm
