Jessie's Cake Creations is a HSE registered home baking business here in Longford, baking cakes, cupcakes and more for all occasions. Offering you a beautiful light and moist recipe with a difference for you to indulge. Hi there! I just thought I'd give you a little history of how Jessie's Cake Creations was born! In January 2011 my son got married and I got it into my head that I would love to make the wedding cake. Easy enough i thought to myself but I was soon to find out that was not the case! While working in Step by Step Creche I tried several recipes ( for which the girls were always greatful! ) and finally came up with a winner! Having made a number of cakes for family and friends I grew to love creating all the different cakes and soon went into cupcakes. After several months and lots of encouragement from my family I took the step and registered my kitchen with the HSE. I seen an add in the local paper for The Red Cow Market and the rest is history! Thanks to continuous support from both family, friend and customers I have been enjoying great success and look forward to growing the business in the future

WE'RE BACK!! Good morning folks. We're back open today from 10.30am. Sorry for any inconvenience with the closure. Lots of lovely goodies for the weekend. Fresh baked fruit scones and brown bread also. As usual we have our very popular lunch menu available also. Call in and try some today. 😊
