Very sad news this morning to hear of the passing of one of Limerick & Ireland’s upcoming boxers Kevin Sheehy. Condolences with St. Francis Boxing Club and Kevin’s Family at this very sad time.

Wasn’t to be today for Ray coming out in the wrong end of a split decision in the Haringey Box Cup. Rays opponent was busy, but Ray having the cleaner accurate shots. Coaches thinking he may have nicked it with the cleaner shots but the busier boxer won on the day. We all know how hard Ray trained for this competition and were very proud of him. Ray is still learning with very few contests on his card he has plenty of knowledge and experience to gain. Well done Ray we are all very proud of you. Ray having a well deserved cold one with the coach 😉👊🏼
