I first tried Ketone Salts on a RMP intensive with Keegan Smith in Marbella during the summer. Keegan is an Aussie based Strength and Conditioning Coach and heads up the real movement project. Keegan's just had Sonny Bill Williams and Quade Copper training at his house over Xmas, so the guy knows his stuff. I've been following the growth and results of friends of mine in Australia are having with the ketones and thought i need that for myself and my cilents The exogenous ketones are not officially for sale here in Ireland but I've been able to secure an order for a batch👊 I'm excited to trial them for 30 days and would like to get 10 or so people to try them with me, because if they are as great as everyone seems to say then, we'll be wanting to order more 👊 If your not sure what ketones or the ketogenic diet is then watch the video in the first comment below. The OBF Alpha male group in flying form the last 8 weeks. Here is some of the weight loss by the lads. Overall some great losses in weight, whilst getting stronger, more mobile and fitter. Some of the other positives that they mentioned were increased energy levels, clothes fitting better, positive mindset and two members gave up cigarettes since starting !!!! massive wins all round.
