facebook.com20 minutes left in Monday and my god what a Monday it has been. The day has been jam packed with putting the final few pieces together at Unit F3. Cleaning, moving, moving, cleaning and more cleaning😂😂😂 Anyways it's ready😀😀😀 we are buzzing with the place and how it has turned out! No doubt there are still a few bits to be finished over the coming days but we are looking forward to hearing your opinions on how we should finish them off! (Colours, position of small pieces of equipment etc) We cannot wait to welcome you all here tomorrow. Who will be the first member to cross the threshold of ASF 2.0. 😉😉 and who will be the first member to christen the swanky new rainforest showers😍😍⛆⛆ Here's a little snippet of the work over the weekend. The last 6.30am conditioning class in our current ASF (whimper !!😢😢) A great crowd in and the club was buzzing. Roll on ASF 2.0. As you can see we are starting the move already. All roads lead to Tuesday morning for our first day in our new premises. Bring it on 💪💪💪💪💪
"COMPLETE STRENGTH" - our semi private personal training program. Semi Private Personal Training allows us to do things we could not do in large group training. It allows us to deliver progressive programming - this is the key to getting results in your training, while having the ability to change things up for the individual when needed (usually every 6 weeks) It allows us to deliver a hugely professional service with the highest coaching standards using our skills as strength and conditioning coaches & exercise professionals. It's our job and we take our profession very seriously at ASF. Semi Private Personal Training allows us to program exercises that aren't suitable for a large group environment. It also allows us to personally get to know all the people who train with us. That's why we are a training club and not just a gym. There is a monumental difference between the two. All our Semi private trainers get to know each other. They have the craic and chat to each other. However focus is never lost and they are all there to work hard with that end goal in mind. The hard working environment is never lost. As a result of all of this you get the benefits of 1 to 1 training at a fraction of the cost. 🔦🔦MEMBER SPOTLIGHT🔦🔦 Our next MEMBER SPOTLIGHT is with the legendary Kevin O'Brien!! An absolute top guy and a gentleman to boot. Kevin has been with us for the last 6 months and has literally seen his training go from strength to strength. A stickler for technique (we'd have it no other way at ASF) he has made insane strength gains in a short period of time. A brilliant character to have around our club, Kevin is now a very important member of it. He just gets it. The vibe of the place in general it’s a great place to train the atmosphere is chilled. Aidan and Colin’s knowledge and professionalism in what they do. The members of ASF help you settle in really well and get over that newbie feel you have at the start. Really enjoy any of the classes on offer they really challenge the fittest of people. The 6 week complete strength programme is probably the best, hardest and most rewarding training I’ve ever done 🏃♂️🏋️♂️ ✔What is your favourite exercise ? Deadlifting, any blast off the landmine or squatting any of those three would be the favourites. 🏋️♂️🏋️♂️ ✔What is your least favourite exercise ? Anything that involves jumping single leg bounds are the worst!! 😫.🤾♂️ ✔What is your biggest achievement to date at ASF ? Getting through the 6 week programmes without killing myself and reaching goals set out at the start of them 👐 ✔What goals do you have going forward ? Hopefully keep improving on the strength programmes and keep surprising myself in what I’m actually capable of achieving in it ⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️ ✔What advice would you give to our new members or for someone interested in doing ASF ? Only thing I can say is if your thinking of going to ASF DO IT NOW!! You will not regret it Aidan and Colin are brilliant at what they do and they know how to get the best out of you, you will be hooked on the place and amazed at the results you’ll get. ⛔6 WEEK FITNESS & CONDITIONING CLASSES⛔ 🔥🔥Limericks best Training Club is starting a new 6 week training block of Fitness and Conditioning Classes on Monday the 16th of April. 3 classes per week over 6 weeks (18 classes in total)🔥🔥 Do you like to train using Prowlers, Sleds, Tyres, Battling Ropes, Kettlebells, Slam Balls, Barbells, Power Bags, TRX, plus much much more ?
