Daily 1 1/2 hr informative tours tell of Letterkenny's rich & varied history from rebels to highwaymen,exploring churches, monuments & architecture. Our experienced Tour Guides will take you on a short walk (some uphill) informing you of incredible & exciting historical events from Letterkenny's beginnings. From the Market Square to the old Church Lane where we have traced the residents back 150 years. Into Conwal Parish Church & Graveyard we explore interesting gravestones & the stories behind them. Make our way to Sentry Hill around poignant monuments & then welcome the splendour of The Cathedral of St.Eunan & Colmcille. A short dander & we finish off at the Workhouse & Donegal County Museum. For those not in a rush we could take you for entertainment in the local pub or go for a wee bit of food.
***Tourists are advised to come to the Meeting Point 10 minutes early***
