Donegal Estates have just received an instruction to manage 16 student apartments in Writers Square Apartments Port Road. The apartments are available exclusively to 2nd year 3rd year 4th year and final year students or Erasmus students only. These apartments are currently being renovated and will be ready before end of August. The owner promises they will be finished to a very high standard.
