Meta-Kinesiology, freedom from stress New therapy with Joseph Fazekas will be available in April. Joseph has more than 12 years experience in kinesiology and more than 30 years in martial arts. His research about the human mind has led him to study clinical psychology, integral psychology, transpersonal psychology and kinesiology. Joseph has also explored many Eastern disciplines like Shintoism, Taoism, Buddhism, Confucism. He draws on their wisdom and discipline for his own teaching methods. Kinesiology is a holistic therapy that aims to restore balance. Having a unique tool system, it uses information that the muscles tell us in order to help healing and restoring equilibrium. During our life we have traumas, both big and small, which can cast a shadow on our ability to make decisions throughout our whole life. These old stresses, which keep revisiting us, can have a stronger and stronger influence on our everyday lives. The muscle test is one of the main ways of bringing information, which has previously been held in the subconscious, to the surface, allowing tremendous stress relief. During the sessions the kinesiologist searches for the roots of problems and can tailor the relief to the individual person’s needs. Kinesiology can be a very effective help in treating issues concerning family, relationships, work, financial problems, lack of self-confidence, self-assessment problems and psychologically-based body problems. *I know Joseph more than 17 years ago. The Body Re-alignment Therapy based in the basic principal that the human body is comprised of eight major load-bearing joints: shoulders, hips, knees, and ankles. These joints function best when horizontally and vertically aligned as shown in the image below. When these joints are out of alignment, the body is susceptible to joint wear and tear, pain and injury. I trained in Body Re-alignment Therapy (BRT) a type of bodywork focused on how the body’s bones, connective tissue, and nerves work together, what patterns of activity result in pain and discomfort, and how to reduce or eliminate those irritations. Using BRT along with personal training exercise, the client’s body “re-learns” correct movement patterns and develops accurate motor skills along with balance and strength, resulting in better quality of life and pain-free movements. Such a great training I had in Dublin this weekend. Learning lots of new techniques in joint mobilization, fascia release, alignment techniques just to mention some... Can't wait to add these to my practice! Very effective! Therapeutic streching was able to get rid of my neck pain in 2 mins!! 😮 Amazing, simply amazing. #lifelonglearning

Therapeutic / Medical massage and exercise therapy can help in many way in painful feet. But what can causes this kind of pain? A large number of conditions can cause painful feet. These include: * Flat feet * Arthritis * Tarsal tunnel syndrome (the foot version of carpal tunnel syndrome) * Plantal fasciitis (pain mainly under the heel an in the midline) * Erythromelalgia (burning feet syndrome) * Metatarsalgia (pain mainly in the ball of the foot) * Conditions affecting nerve transmission (neuropathy) Vitamins & Minerals to help: Occasionally, burning feet are due to lack of B group vitamins and supplements may help. You may think a headache is just a headache but, surprisingly, 12 different types of headache have been identified, which can be futher divided into around 100 different varieties of head pain. One of the commones forms is tension headache, which feels like a severe, continuous pressure on both sides of your head. The pain of tension haedache may spread over the top of your skull, over the back of your head or over both eyes and you may fell tense around your neck and shoulders. Several factors can triggered a tension headache, including excess stress and tiredness which can lead to muscle tension in neck and scalp muscles with associated changes in blood circulation to the head. To avoid muscle tension * try NOT to stoop when standing or sitting, concentrate on keeping your back straight, your shoulders square and your abdomen lightly pulled in *Don't hunch your shoulders -circle your shoulders time to time *Dont fold your arms tightly *Dont clench or grind your teeth Massage is offten effective, as manipulation of muscles in the neck, shoulders, and back will relax taut muscles. Supplements that may be used include devil's claw, peppermint, 5-HTP, agnus castus, vitamin B2, calcium and magnesium with B6 which may help to reduce spasm of muscles and blood vessels. Until recently, it was thought that brain and spinal cord tissue was not connected to the lymph vessels but new research has shown that not only is there a lymphatic system in the brain but that there is a direct connection between the fluid that bathes the brain and spinal column (the cerebrospinal fluid – CSF) and the lymph that is circulated round the body. Researchers are surprised by this finding but feel that any process that can increase lymphatic flow will help flush out the brain and remove unwanted substances. In this article it mentions studying increased lymphatic flow to help with dementia, as well as previous studies that lymphatic flow helped with MS and rheumatoid arthritis. My advise based on my research, study and my own experiences. Few months ago I found a great book about these stuff and I decided to share with you these helpful informations on regular basis. Dr Sarah Brewer sets out all you need to know about the main supplements and suggests which to take for specific health problems, from arthritis to IBS, chronic fatugue to recurrent candida.
