Huge congratulations to Amy and Gareth who got married today and held their reception in The Silver Tassie Hotel. This lovely couple chose a 3 tier design in ivory icing with spacers, sugar roses and blossoms, hand piped strings of pearls and gold accents. Flavours were red velvet, vanilla and chocolate biscuit. I hope they had a great day!!

Huge Congratulations to a truly lovely couple who got married in An Grianan Hotel, Donna and Paul. Today's date had special significance for both of them and I hope they thoroughly enjoyed their day. They chose a dainty semi-naked cake in vanilla and almond, red velvet and chocolate sponges adorned with fresh flowers, a rich fruit cake with ivory icing and fresh floral topper and a dozen vanilla cupcakes topped with fresh fruit.
