ARK Fitness offers 1 & 3 month memberships, pay as you go rates and also one on one and group personal training sessions. ARK Fitness provides individually tailored exercise programs for all clients.
Programs are prescribed by highly qualified fitness professionals specializing in Strength and Conditioning.
Qualifications held include:
BBs in Recreation Management,
BA in Exercise and Health Studies,
MSc. in High Performance Sport: Strength and Conditioning,
NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist

Hamstring Solo now at ARK Fitness! The Hamstring Solo is an exercise aid for conditioning an athlete's hamstrings. It enables the user to undertake eccentric and concentric hamstring exercises without the aid of a second person. Some pics below of us trying out some exercises with it this morning.
