The Back to School all tonight is as usual A NON ALCOHOLIC EVENT. Please do NOT DRINK before coming to our event. We are not interested in BABYSITTING PEOPLE WHO DRINK. Anyone who does turn up with alcohol taken will be REFUSED ENTRY and parents /Garda will be contacted and YOU WILL BE SENT HOME.

Fusion Back to School Ball - Cloak Room For Health and Safety Reasons we will not be providing a Cloak Room for the Ball tonight. Please keep this in mind when attending the ball.

Back to School Ball is another busy event. As always, we strive to make the ball a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone attending. If anyone should need assistance for any reason you can approach any member of staff who will be happy to help you. They will all be wearing coloured HI-Vis Vests. ⚁ Orange Hi- Vis Vests are Security Personell ⚄ Blue Hi- Vis Vests are Stewards ⚃ Green Hi-Vis Vests are First Aiders We ask everyone to follow the instructions of all personell to ensure the safety of all involved throughout the night. A reminder to everyone for Back to School Ball DRESS CODE IS SAME AS EVERY BALL.. DRESS ONLY WITH HEELS /FLAT PUMPS/ SANDALS. SHIRT / TIE WITH SLACKS AND SHOES. FAILURE TO ADHERE TO OUR DRESS CODE WILL RESULT IN REFUSAL TO OUR EVENT. No Jeans No Runners or Runner Type Shoes such as converse, vans, toms. No Shorts No Play suits No Skirts and Tops Must be a one piece dress

There is no space for Bags of any type at the Back to School Ball. Please don't bring gearbags/school bags/large handbags with you as we will have no choice but to refuse them. A small evening/clutch bag is allowed. Please arrange with someone to collect them from you before the ball starts at 8:30pm. Thank you

Parents Asked to Step Up Parents Information - Back to School Ball 20/08/19 For Students aged 15-17 in Pegasus Nightclub Kilkenny. Doors Open at 8:30pm Ball starts at 9pm Doors Close at 9:15pm No entry after this time Ball finishes at 11:40pm * **Opening Times*** We are asking parents to be more Vigilant and be aware of our opening times. We have received complaints about unsociable behaviour around the town for up to 1 ½ hours before our ball. Doors open from 8.30pm to 9.15pm Please drop your son / daughter into designated car park ( behind Guineys ) only during these times. Dropping your son/daughter off earlier than this leads to the temptation of them going drinking around the town and possibly getting into trouble with Gardaí. Please also note that our doors close at 9:15pm sharp and there is no access to the ball after this time. The ball finishes at 11:40pm sharp and we will not allow anyone to leave before this time unless accompanied by a parent/guardian. *Buses: Is your son/daughter travelling by bus? Unfortunately bus drivers do not have anyone on board to supervise teens and this is used as a perfect opportunity for Drinking before entering the ball. We ask parents to liaise with bus drivers and organise to supervise on these buses. If we can’t stop patrons drinking on buses we will be left with no option but to stop selling tickets to patrons where drinking is allowed on buses. Please also remind Bus Drivers of starting and finishing times of the ball.
