Wow, Thats curtains on the fourth The Big Grill Festival. Thanks to everyone who bought tickets, supported us, came to eat, drink, talk, chat dance and laugh. This year was our best year yet. We had an absolutely massive Thurs & Fri, and a bigger Saturday. Today was way busier than expected- and serious love to all those who came out to play in the rain. But most of all thanks to a super deadly team behind it. Yiz are massive. Andy Noonan Bodytonic, Gavin, Sophie, Aoife, Amy, Sinead, Lewi, Ali and all our amazing team of crew and suppliers. #HouseofPeroni 2017 has opened! This week saw us open one of our most challenging builds yet. Last year set the bar, but this year we took it up a couple of levels. Literally. The Neon Agency crew designed and built a triple level structure to include fully functioning restaurant space, floating terrace, and a masterclass space, full rooftop bar experience on the 7th Floor of Trinity Street Car Park, accessed through Dame Lane. Beautiful Italian style cooking, Dublin Pizza Company wood fired Italian style pizzas, and Dolci, by the amazing Aoife Noonan of Luna, and curated by Francesco Mazzei, with CATCH events bringing the magic out front. We've spent months working bringing this high end #liveexperience to life with a whole host of dedicated agencies and people. I am proud of our team and our AMAZING suppliers. Thanks to everyone who worked with us and joined in the fun for the Big Grill Festival Launch last week at The Bernard Shaw! Box Burger served up some seriously moorish sliders & got some great shots on the night! Fowl Play brought the heat 🔥with their smoker and the notorious spicey chicken wings. And a big thanks to Just Eat Ireland for their friendly servers, to Jameson Distillery and Franciscan Well for their refreshing Jameson Gingers and Craft Beers 🍻! And welcome back DJ BBQ!
