Tonight we head to waterford for Billy O' Sullivans charity kickboxing show. We have two fighters on the cards, both guys have given everything in training and we could'nt have asked for a better training camp. Both Jack and Zac are ready to go, Let get behind our boys tonight. 👊 Watch this space 👊
Just back from from a great show ( Bad intentions) run by Stephen Murphy and his crew. The decisions did'nt go our way tonight. But as always we are very proud of Sean and Daniel who gave 100%. On to the next one 👊

Tonight finished the last of the hard training our two fighters have put in over the last number of weeks for Sean Rowe and Daniel Dowling. Alot of work, sweat and rounds and rounds the boys have been put through is a credit to them.Both are looking fit and sharp. Tomorrow night we head for wexford for the live weigh ins. (Keep an eye on our page), And of course saturday is fight night. 👊 Lets get behind the boys 👊
