Welcome to the Facebook page for Kildare Holistic Centre. We are here to offer a way to healthy, happy living, with classes, courses, treatments! At Kildare Holistic Centre we offer treatments in Holistic therapies. We combine treatments to best suit the individual needs of each client. The treatments on offer are Acupuncture, Chinese cupping, Massage, Reflexology and intuitive energy work.
We also run Yoga Classes, These classes are based on the hatha tradition whereby all the postures are available to play/work with. Our classes are based on a gentle flow with breath , often described as a moving meditation.

YOGA CLASS IN AID OF CANCER SUPPORT GROUP NO COST, DONATIONS WELCOME VENUE - EDUCATE TOGETHER KILDARE TOWN TIME- 7PM TO 8.30PM DATE- TUESDAY NOVEMBER 29TH CONTACT - EDEL 0862452352 This once off class is for everybody, please contact Edel if you are attending , DONATION BOX will be inside the hall door. No previous yoga experience needed.. wear comfy clothes to stretch in and bring yoga mat! This once off class is in aid of Newbridge Cancer Support Group which I am involved in and currently do voluntary treatments and meditation classes with. They are the most inspiring people I know and most have gone through or are going through treatments for different cancers. The group meet weekly in Ryston hall, Newbridge where they are warmly greeted with tea, coffee, refreshments. There are therapists offering holistic treatments, yoga and meditation and a psychotherapist leads the group each week. People from the surrounding areas attend , Newbridge, Naas, Kildare, Monasterevin, Rathangan, Allenwood, Clane, Kilcock, Maynooth, Saggart, Kilcullen, Athy, kildangan. To name a few areas just to give you an idea. I have witnessed this group change lives and not only give people hope but allows them to flourish beyond their own expectations.
