We provide tailor made rugby focused camps to rugby players/teams or coaches of all abilities throughout the year. We provide tailormade rugby focused camps to rugby players or coaches of all abilities throughout the year.
Camps will utilise experienced coaches to provide exclusive training sessions using the same principles and methods that professional teams across Ireland and abroad are using.
Camps promotes socializing and develop interpersonal skills while promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.
Programme to include the following:
- Rugby skills including passing, side stepping, scissors, loop pass
- Rugby contact and evasion skills
- Speed, agility, quickness, strength, power, flexibilty, plyometrics
- Fitness testing and periodisation
- Decision making, continuity and attack
- Team and unit patterns, culture and goal setting
- Nutrition, supplements, injury prevention, treatment, recovery
- Kicking: chip, grubber, spiral and goal kicking
- Position specific coaching
- Laws and referee management
- Training and Match analysis incl HT Coach APP
- Other non rugby team building activities include volleyball, indoor soccer, swimming, obstacle course, horse and dog racing fun nights, fishing, archery, kayaking.
