My goal is to help, and support, people improve their lives by re-educating them on what to eat, how much to eat and when to eat, developing a relationship and seeing positive changes and improvements. I can help you achieve your goals using scientific knowledge and understanding, translating this information into practical solutions to meet your needs.
It is also important to stress that I do not promote supplements, nor have I any conflicts of interest or potential biases. I provide a ‘Food First’ approach, combining current evidence, my knowledge and experiences.
