One to one training for your needs,wants and goals. I established my Personal Training business in 2001. I have worked with most of my clients in their own home or at the beach, forest tracks etc. My clients vary from individuals with general toning and weight loss goals to individuals who have wished to improve their sports performance. I have also worked with a number of sports teams to improve their physical fitness.
I qualified as a tutor with the National Certificate in Exercise and Fitness in 2002 and teach on their University of Limerick accredited programmes of study including the Certificate in Exercise and Health Fitness, the Personal Training Specialist Module and the Diploma in Exercise and Health Fitness Tutor Education programme of study. I have also acted as course leader and coordinated a number of courses with the NCEF
