Jim Casey The late Captain Dara Fitzpatrick's remains left Mayo University Hospital at 2pm to day a great turn out of a guard of honour was made by hospital staff as the coffin left the hospital. I spoke with Dara's mother and her main concern was for the missing comrades, she also complimented the Staff at Mayo University Hospital for their excellent handling of the tragedy.

Post 30 St. Patrick's Day Parade Ballina, a great turnout, delighted to see John Durkan and thanks to the Smyth family for the excellent reception with tea, coffee, sandwiches and cakes.Thanks lads you all looked great.
Note to all members - A new ID card is available through HQ IUNVA. A passport size photograph is required to avail of the ID Card. We will photo all on parade St. Patrick's for a start. Others wishing to avail may email a passport size photograph to jimcasey4@gmail.com. The details will be processed at Post 30 and forwarded to HQ IUNVA as they will not deal with individuals.
