Description
Shiatsu is a traditional form of full body therapy from Japan, that supports and strengthens the body’s natural ability to heal and balance itself. Shiatsu is a Japanese form of full body therapy, based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine principles (TCM). Therapy based on the same principles as acupuncture, in which pressure is applied to certain points on the body using the hands (palms and thumbs), knees and elbows.
