Afternoon folks, Our spring class schedule will be commencing from this coming Monday the 8th of January!! Teen gym will be up and running from 5 p.m. This class is aimed at 13-16 year olds to improve motor skills, movement and safe introduction to some basic weight lifting exercises. A small memory stick has been found on our premises and handed into the reception here. If anyone has lost a memory stick and has been into us in the last few days please come down to us to see of it's yours. Pass on the word incase you know of someone who lost a memory stick. Thank you :-)
