4 Week Pole Fitness Course

NEW TERM STARTING JULY 4th AT 8PM -What you will get is 4 weeks of 1 hour lessons incorporating cardio, stretches & conditioning exercises to help increase pole strength. -You will learn a range of tricks or spins on and off the pole as well as the basis for acrobatic skills such as climbing and aerial moves up the pole and from the first lesson you will be able to perform a short combo of moves. -Pole Fitness is a progressive, challenging modality and is for the everyday woman. You don't have to be fit for Pole Fitness, Starting it will make you stronger! -did you know an hour on the pole can help you burn up to 400 calories per hour? And most of it is pure fun. -No flexibility, strength or stamina prerequisites. -Upon taking a 4 week course with us there are further classes to progress and develop right up the advanced and acrobatic level.
