Tomorrow with Cuirt Festival the wondeful Lyndsey Sedgwick hosts script writing for film workshop. I highly recommend you attend. Her knowledge is invaluable to all writers and directors. Both workshops on tomorrow, Thursday 27 April in GMIT Cluin Mhuire Galway at 12.30pm and 1.30pm The first workshop will focus candidly on over 20 years experience in the industry, drawing out useful tips and survival notes for writer and the second will focus on visual storytelling, making your script come alive on the page and in the mind of the reader (looking at every aspect of the scene including dialogue, sound, description, character depiction and even some writing exercises.) The second workshop is the bridge between screenwriting and every other form of writing - bringing the skills learnt as a screenwriter into other forms of writing. Free workshops
